French Régence Period Mazarine Chest Of Drawers In Amaranth and Bronze

This chest of drawers opens on the front with five drawers in four rows framed in bronze and keyholes with a Bacchus mascaron;

The sides also in amaranth framed in bronze are decorated in their center with a rosette also in gilded bronze.

Its tray inlaid with amaranth and brass nets with geometric patterns, is surrounded by a molded gilt bronze mold with a corbin beak.
It rests on four “console” legs ending in a gilded bronze crowbar.
