This painting by Pierre Dumont from the very beginning of the twentieth century (around 1905) demonstrates the great modernity of this artist. Located on the quays of Rouen, the "Pré aux Loups," which inspired many painters, is a rare subject for this artist, and only three paintings from the same period are known to the gallery.
Condition : No repainting visible to the naked eye or under ultraviolet light, the frame has been replaced and the canvas reinforced.
