A rare and finely painted Meissen hard-paste porcelain tea and coffee service, comprising a tray, teapot with cover, milk jug, sugar bowl with cover, two cups and saucers. Each piece is richly decorated with finely detailed topographical views within gilt cartouches on white ground, framed by dense gilt foliate scrollwork, typical of the late 18th century Meissen production.
Each item bears the Meissen crossed swords mark in underglaze blue, some with painter’s mark "B".

Condition:
The spout of the milk jug has been professionally and invisibly restored. The rest of the pieces are in very good condition, with no restoration or overpainting.
