An ivory netsuke depicting Raijin and Fujin engaged in an arm-wrestling contest atop a large sandal. Their faces are finely carved with intense expressions; the hairstyles and drapery are rendered with precision and attention to detail.
The large sandal serves as the base. Signature engraved under the base.
