Pair of incense stick holders in the shape of Buddhist lions known as “Buddha's Dogs,” made of Wucai Chinese porcelain from the Kangxi period (1662–1722) with green, yellow, and eggplant-colored glazes; each seated on an openwork rectangular base, one with its cub and the other with a paw resting on a movable ball; their eyes are movable (for one) ; mounted on a 19th-century gilded bronze base.
