A 17th-century Indo-Portuguese table cabinet, veneered with engraved ivory, decorated with large floral foliage motifs and tortoiseshell.
Fitted with carrying handles, it opens with two doors and a lid, revealing six drawers and, in the upper section, a compartment containing a small mirror and a ring holder set against a floral-decorated background.
The reverse of the cabinet is decorated with geometric motifs in veneers of rosewood, tortoiseshell, and ivory.
17th-century North Indian work, in very good condition with customary restorations.
