Pair of Imari Porcelain Vases with Gilt Bronze Mounts
Pair of Japanese Imari porcelain vases mounted with leafy gilt bronze ornamentation. The porcelain is decorated with floral bouquets set within shaped cartouches whose scrolling borders echo the curved silhouette of the vases. The finely chased and gilt bronze mounts are pierced and adorned with scrolling foliage in the Rocaille style.
