It is veneered with rosewood marquetry in leaf patterns, framed by a sinuous inlaid border and amaranth wood surrounds.
The central panel is decorated with floral motifs.
The commode opens at the front with two drawers without a crossbar, featuring very elegant gilt bronze handles and one key.
It stands on four slightly curved legs ending in gilt bronze sabots.
The top is made of red and grey marble.
Dimensions: 117 cm in length, 57 cm in depth, and 84 cm in height.
It is in very good condition.
