Large spindle-shaped vase resting on a quadrangular granite base from Belgium. Very rich pinkish background created by a staniferous glaze. Gilded decoration of matte and burnished. Anthropomorphic handles with winged cherubs.

Condition report: wear from use and two repeats of the gold; small marble missing.
