Chinese export porcelain bowl, Compagnie des Indes, with Imari decoration inspired by Japan, 18th century.
Beautiful gilt bronze frame made in France , Napoleon III period, circa 1850/70.
The porcelain is in perfect condition. The bronze mounting is in good condition with some traces of wear on the gilding which is original. An old piece, well preserved and very decorative.
