Oval Sèvres soft-paste porcelain liqueur cooler from the service purchased by Francesco Maria Ignacio Piccaluga on August 8, 1788.
Decorated in polychrome with small bouquets of flowers alternating in yellow and red within a broad band near the rim, and two bands of gilt lyre motifs on a blue ground near the base and along the border. Gilt lines and foliate decoration on the handles.

Blue mark blurred during firing and impressed mark.
Condition: Vertical crack resulting from a firing defect between the two compartments.
