Large covered faience apothecary jug (chevrette) from Rouen or Paris, decorated in blue monochrome with lambrequins, floral garlands, pomegranates, mascarons, and alternating scrollwork.

Late 18th century.

Overall height: 65 cm.

Restorations to the spout, pedestal foot, and lid finial. The handle and a section of the lid rim have been broken and reattached.
