The icon is painted on a single piece of cedar panel, in excellent condition, with no cracks or warping.
It stands out for the great elegance of the figures, stylistically perfect in every detail.
Despite some loss of color, the icon is in good condition with a dense network of craquelure across the entire surface extending to the paint on the frame.
The work features a beautiful patina, and the signs of age lend it great charm.
