A Mahogany and gilded bronze writing table by Jacob Frères,
stamped Jacob Freres. Resting on four caryatids of canephorus gilded bronze, they are traced by a spacer in X.
The stamp of Jacob Fréres Rue Meslée was used from 1796-1803 during the collaboration of Georges Jacob and his brother François-Honoré-Georges Jacob. Provenance: Colection Ségoura Paris.
