Carved, painted, and gilded wood – White faux marble decoration
Elegant and rare pair of 18th-century Italian torches, made of carved wood, with original white faux marble decoration and well-preserved original gilding. Each torch has fourteen arms.
The candelabra consist of two separate elements that fit together, which could also be separated to form a set of four consisting of two pairs. They are designed to be mounted on the wall and/or screwed to the floor.
Each arm can hold candles or collections, objects, corals, shells, animals, figures, etc.
