Serious size gothic lock with a stylized guardian to ward off malevolent people and spirits. The guardian has a hollowed left fist which may have held a spear. Metal closing latch is broken at the end. Otherwise good condition. On a contemporary metal stand. Size without stand): 23x18x4cm.
