Anatomical model - Deyrolle Paris

A polychrome plaster anatomical model of the human body, attributed to the famous French Maison Deyrolle Paris, with removable arms, the torso and head opens to reveal removable organs, on its original stand.
Total height : 191 cm
Early 20th century.
Very good condition. All parts present.

This model is based on the marble Ecorché by Jean-Antoine Houdon (1741-1828) which was commissioned for the Roman church Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri.
