A rare Directoire clock, Cupid on horseback - Gilt bronze, Patinated bronze - Late 18th century Mechanical - 8 day movement - half hour, one bell This beautiful Directoire clock with a rare image of a gilded Cupid with all his instruments seated on a patinated horse. With 2 large gold plated sphinxes on a patinated clock case.
