Small cabinet in ebony, rosewood and ivory veneer, Italian 17th century
Model "in tomb", with an upper part shifted, opening.
It opens with a central door and seven small drawers simulating eight.
The front presents a remarkable work and a fine decoration of grotesques, dragons, trophy of weapons and musical instruments.
Sides and top are composed of panels surrounded by ivory fillets.
Hinges and locks of the period
The base is later, from the 19th century.
High quality work and beautiful proportions.
