A pair of Louis XV giltwood Fauteuils by Claude I Séné mid-18th Century

Large gilded beechwood armchairs with a "Queen" back.
The backrest is decorated with a beautiful cartouche around long acanthus leaves, which can be found at the bottom of the backrest.
The armrests with cuffs rest on supports that are set back from the belt.
The belt is centred with a flower or foliage,
They stand on four arched legs richly decorated at the top with a leafy flower and ending with an acanthus leaf.
Each seat is stamped by Claude I Séné ( Paris 1724- 1792 ) master in 1743 .
Louis XV period, perfect condition.
