Allegory of Fortune by Didier Debut. Under the guise of a beautiful young woman dressed in a drape, she presents a palm (attribute of victory) holds a cornucopia and rests on a winged wheel symbols of fortune, it can be a representation of the goddess Fortuna (or Tyche). Statue produced at the end of the nineteenth century (old cast iron) signed Debut on its gilded bronze base, the original patina is brown nuanced for the subject.
