Serene yet elegant sculpture of a Franciscan monk. The static style betrays his early age (end of 15th century), however, the elegant detail of his protruding right knee through his robe, gives him a very interesting – elegant, almost frivolous – sway. Fingers are missing. Traces of wear and losses.
Remains of old brown paint. Wood (lime?), 72 cm. Backside has not been hollowed.
