Impressive pedestal table in mahogany and mahogany veneer flamed quality. Can be used as coffee table, it can accommodate 6 to 8 covered, but also as a library pedestal . On the Regency period , which corresponds strictly to the period 1811-1820 (the period of the regency of the Prince of Wales, the future George IV , regent on behalf of his father George III) , actually covers a much longer period , ranging from about 1790 to 1830.
