Restoration consistent with age and use carried out in our workshop. French-polished finish.
In very good condition.
L’Escalier de Cristal (1804–1923) was a renowned Parisian firm founded by Marie Désarnaud.
L’Escalier de Cristal specialized in reproductions of 18th-century furniture. The quality and craftsmanship of these pieces were such that they were sometimes mistaken for originals; their true origin was only revealed during restoration, when dismantling exposed the “Escalier de Cristal Paris” stamp.
