Furniture and Decorative arts
1970s coffee table attributed to Claude Victor Boeltz (1937–), made of gilt bronze and amethyst.
Together with the sculptor César, he developed a technique that gave bronze its highly distinctive mineral-like, "exploded" appearance.
The glass top is supported by four bronze legs, while the base features a large amethyst at its center.
In perfect condition.
