Restauration period mahogany armchair with a gondola-shaped backrest, adorned with finely chased gilt bronze ram's heads at the ends of the armrests.

The backrest is embellished with a decorative gilt bronze motif depicting two winged griffins flanking a central ornament.

Curved armrests resting on carved supports.

The seat rail is highlighted by a gilt bronze ornament decorated with palmettes.

Front legs of hock-shaped form and rear sabre legs.

Seat reupholstered in anthracite grey velvet.

Restoration consistent with age and use carried out in our workshop, followed by French polishing.

In very good condition.
