A single-door painted cabinet made of fir wood, characterized by a rectangular architectural structure with rounded corners. The piece rests on flattened onion-shaped feet and features a projecting upper cornice with shaped moldings. The painted decoration on the door is divided into three main overlapping panels, bordered by polygonal frames and polychrome fillets: The upper panel depicts a vase of tulips with stylized blooms against a teal background, embellished with geometric details and a lattice pattern featuring dots at the intersections. The central panel features a narrative figurative scene set in a rural landscape with buildings, trees, and human figures in period clothing. The lower panel features a radial geometric motif with polychrome rays, enriched at the center by a vase with floral elements. The beveled corners of the front and the cornice feature a vertical motif with geometric interlacing and painted cartouche-shaped projections. The sides of the cabinet are decorated with panels featuring faux geometric inlay that simulates wood grain and intersecting wooden panels. The hardware is original, made of wrought iron: the internal lock with a counterplate features a shaped, embossed cover, paired with a contemporary key. The painted surface retains its original patina, with natural casein pigments and a wax finish.
