Covered hard-paste porcelain perfume flask in the form of a pilgrim flask, with a flattened ovoid body resting on an oval foot, decorated with white enamel fluting and gadroons on the neck, the lower part of the body, and the foot. It is fitted with handles in the form of female masks adorned with feathers in relief, as well as a stopper and vermeil mounts from the same period.

This type of flask was produced under Johann Friedrich Böttger in two variations of form. Initially made in red stoneware, these pieces were produced in white porcelain from 1713 onward.
