Gilded bronze sconces pair Louis XVI period

A pair of two-armed wall sconces, in chiseled bronze with original period gilding, consisting of a “therme”-style shaft featuring, in the central section, two arms decorated with leaves forming the light fixture, further adorned with garlands of laurel leaves; the shaft is topped by a half-antique vase in gilded bronze.
