A composite mirror featuring, in the lower section, a central mirror surrounded by a gilded wood “à la Bérain” molding, which is in turn framed by four closed mirror panels decorated with four gilded, openwork spandrels featuring a cornucopia motif, united by a shell, and further surrounded by a carved and gilded wood molding with “à la Bérain” decoration. The mirror is topped by a wide “semicircular” pediment adorned with a large shell at its apex and various motifs and frames forming closed panels, including two large cornucopias, adorned with flowers and fruit, set within two lateral crooks.
