This exceptional monumental Art Deco fountain, crafted from glazed ceramic with a predominantly deep blue hue, features a particularly elegant and balanced architectural structure.

The entire piece rests on a wide rectangular base incorporating lateral basins, surmounted by a central vertical section punctuated by geometric volumes typical of the aesthetics of the 1920s and 1930s. The façade is adorned with a remarkable stylized gilded mask with expressive and decorative features, evoking the mythological and theatrical influences so beloved of the period.

The fountain bears the signature E.R.

The upper section features a wide, flared basin resting on an ornate base, forming the focal point of the composition. The glaze treatment, with its deep and nuanced shades of blue, lends the whole a strong and refined visual presence.
