Mazarin chandelier in gilt bronze, circa 1820

Beautiful Mazarin chandelier with eight light arms in finely chased and gilt bronze.

The central shaft is decorated with applied ram’s heads and designed in the form of a Medici vase with four handles surmounted by female heads.

The light arms rest on supports adorned with female heads.

Original gilding.

Quality work from the first half of the 19th century.

Later electrification redone to European standards.
