Eschwege – Pair of 20th-century solid silver pheasants

A pair of solid silver pheasants, male and female, entirely chased with feathers, with articulated wings that lift. One is depicted with its head down and the other with its head up. These birds were displayed as table decorations during grand hunting dinners.
