This rare pair of solid silver candelabra, signed Ravinet-D’Enfert, one of the great Parisian silversmiths of the 20th century, is distinguished by the purity of its design and the balance of its proportions. Each candelabra, conceived as a side table, rises from a skillfully molded, stepped base, providing a stable and architectural foundation for the whole.
From this base emerge four faceted candle arms with ample and graceful curves. The square-section candle cups with softened corners add a subtle geometric touch, a stylistic signature characteristic of Ravinet-D’Enfert, blending modernity with traditional silversmithing.
The quality of the craftsmanship is evident in every detail: clean lines, perfectly polished surfaces, and precise transitions between planes. Both pieces bear the maker's mark and the hallmarks, attesting to their authenticity.
