Very large pair of covered octagonal vases in Delft faience with polychrome 'Kashmir' decoration. They are adorned in polychromy in the Far Eastern style with flying phoenixes, pierced rocks from which flowering branches emerge, and perched birds. The necks are framed with lambrequin motifs, and the lids feature birds, flowers, and pierced rocks.
First third of the 18th century, circa 1720–1730.
