Qadjar casket 19th century

A rectangular wooden box resting on four chamfered feet.

The entire piece is decorated with floral cartouches on a gilt background on all four sides and on the ogee molding, and with a scattering of small flowers on the top of the domed lid, which has brass hinges and clasps.

Note: very good overall condition, with a patina consistent with age.
