A pair of antique-style vases in gilt bronze with a patina finish and very fine chasing. Ovoid form on gilt bronze pedestal and square marble base. They feature finely chased ormolu ornamentation consisting of two double scrolled handles ending in ram heads on the body
around a frieze of interlacing. An ormolu pedestal with rais de coeur fillet forms the base of the body, which is decorated with grained foliage. The ALpes green marble base is surrounded by a rais de coeur frieze.
