A large German iron lock with elegant brass decoration, early 18th century.
Rectangular box with open-worked brass overlay in the form of engraved tendrils and foliage in relief. Three bolts. Screwed onto a curved lock plate with engraved decoration among which a charming monster-like (green man) head.
Minimal signs of age, good condition. With key.
