Richly decorated blade of an axe ending in two delightful dragonheads. Steel inlaid with gold. The crescent moon shaped blade is meticulously engraved with scrolls, calligraphy and winged creatures. The rectangular socket is hollowed to hold the shaft and bears a golden signature of the maker. Qadjar or Afsharid dynasty. On a custom made stand. Dimensions (without stand): 13,8x11,5x3,5cm
