A dance card in mother-and-pearl and silver-gilt mounts decorated with openwork lobed patterns and branches. "MS" monogram adorn the main face. It has its original pencil adorned with crosspieces. White velvet inside, maarked "Tahan, rue de la Paix".

Silver mark: French wild boar mark.1838.
