Belle époque Ladies, Pair of reverse glass painting - Emily Berrier

Two clip frame panels, each depicting a young redheaded woman with an evanescent silhouette placed into a lush nature. One of the panels shows the woman wearing a pink drape, dancing with a veil, while the other one is wearing a blue drape and is half-lying in a natural elusive environment. The twilight, the slender and sensual canon of the figure and the generous nature, make this rare pair of clip frame panels an iconic piece of the Art Nouveau aesthetics. These two artworks are presented in their rich golden wooden frames.
