David Eugène GIRIN (Lyon, 1848 - id., 1917)
Girin studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Lyon and joined Joseph Benoît Guichard's studio in 1864. He exhibited at the Lyon Salon from 1870. His works are characterized by the play of light, shimmering colors and reflections.
