Condition:
- missing part to the hourglass and to veil on skeleton's head, missing and broken part to the back left corner, enamel chips .

Cartouche inscriptions:
- on front: HODIE MIHI CRAS TIBI (My lot today, yours tomorrow).
- left side: NEMINI PARCO (I [Death] spare no one).
- right side: MEMENTO MORI (Remember that you must die).
