Icône Vierge De Signe vers 1650-80

Virgin Icon of Northern Russia Sign circa 1650-80 with a gilded silver riza.
Christ represents in a halo on the belly of the mother of god, who raised his blessing hands. The gilded silver riza is finely engraved and is a masterpiece of goldsmiths around 1650-80. In the riza three heads of angels are decorated with elements of decoration below.
The halo is decorated inside with elements of decoration and outside with openwork foliage.
The Icon is in perfect condition.
