Superb display cabinet in solid molded and carved walnut.
The cabinet is distinguished by its harmonious architectural silhouette, enhanced by an arched upper section and glazed side compartments. The central section, featuring a mirror, rises above an open display area with several shelves, flanked by two side compartments enclosed by doors.
The ensemble is further enhanced by remarkable floral marquetry depicting daisies and butterflies, delicately arranged on the lower doors.
The decorative back panels of the shelves, adorned with stylized peacock feather motifs, add depth to the composition and demonstrate the meticulous attention paid to detail.
Gilt bronze escutcheons and keys.
