The Coronation of the Virgin

Jesus Christ (God the Son holding a Crucifix) and the Lord Sabaoth (God the Father depicted as an elder holding a sphere—the symbol of the Universe) place a royal crown upon the head of the kneeling Virgin Mary. The Holy Spirit is depicted as a dove inside a circular medallion. The icon is painted in the traditional canonical style of the 19th century in the workshops of Mstera.Condition:Very good condition. There is a 1 mm shrinkage gap between the dried wooden panels in the center.
