Episcopal ring in yellow gold (750/°°°) from the Second Vatican Council, presented to all the Council Fathers by Pope Paul VI as a sign of Communion in December 1965, on the occasion of the closing of the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council (1962-1965). It is a Milanese piece signed Manfrini (1917-2004). The ring is shaped like a mitre and features an engraved depiction of Christ flanked by two apostles in a tripartite niche. The interior of the ring is engraved with the Vatican coat of arms. It is currently available as an episcopal ring and is worn by several bishops. Weight: 13.7 grams. Fine condition.
