Pair of mirrored sconces with mirrored plates, in carved and gilt wood, with two light arms in gilt bronze, Régence period.
Decorated with architectural elements surmounted by vases, acanthus scrolls and floral garlands.
Each mirror is carved, in the upper section, with a female face surmounted by a palmette, while in the lower section, a grotesque mask reveals two light arms in finely chased and gilt bronze.
(Wear to the nose will be restored by our workshops.)
French work from the 17th century, in good state of preservation.
