Beautiful terracotta from the Mangbetus ethnic groupe, at the north of Congo’s Democratic republic, accompanied with a small flat lid and ornated with the caracteristic spiral pattern of the Mangbetu pots

The piece presents a beautiful dark profile in black graphite.
