Rare pair of silver-plated bronze wall lights.
The stems are shaped like spires sheathed with busts of the goddess Flora; they are topped with a shell and a seeded base.
The goddess is depicted crowned with flowers and holding in her hands the two whip-shaped light arms.
They support two cups decorated with gadroons and scrollwork, surmounted by candlesticks with palmette bases.
Beautifully preserved, original silver plating.
Parisian work circa 1700-1720.
